WC Connectors & Pan Connectors
The connector between the WC pan outlet and the 110mm soil branch. Marley connectors are made to BS 5627, the specification for plastics connectors used with horizontal outlet vitreous china WC pans.

Patterns
Straight for a pan sitting directly in front of the branch. 90° bend where the pan discharges into a stack immediately behind it. Offset where the pan outlet and the branch centre do not line up — typically 40 to 50mm of offset, which is what saves a job when the builder has set the branch out wrong. Flexible connectors absorb larger misalignment and simplify replacement in refurbishment.
Sealing
The connector seals to the pan outlet on multi-fin lip seals. Lubricate the seals, push the connector fully home and support the pan so that no load is carried on the connector. Never solvent-weld the pan end of a connector.
Access
Where the connector runs into a duct, provide a nearby access fitting. The pan connection is one of the most common blockage points in a residential tower.
